In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

 

  • ESI website: Security layers implemented by the web service provider/processors and updated regularly.

  • Internal ERP system: The qualified data for our business interest is moved to the ERP system for lead generation, analysis, and managing billing accounts and projects. The system is cloud-hosted on Ubuntu OS, with SSL protection and authenticated login. The system is updated regularly for new features and security releases by the OEM. Regular cloud backup measures are considered for any mishap. Additionally, user access is granted to control the business information visibility.

  • Customer ERP system: We host systems for our customers based on their cloud provider choices and preferences. If the customer system is self-hosted or by a third party then Xsystem-ESI has zero liability to maintain the system until and unless the rights are exclusively transferred or a service is provided by us.    


As we learn and upgrade our cloud infrastructure, stringent security measures will be implemented for our internal use and customers as well.

 

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

 

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
